Contest period runs from January 7, 2013 - March 31, 2013 at t 11:59pm EST.

There is 1 Grand Prize available to be won, approximate retail value $4,000CAD including taxes (based on double occupancy, actual value will vary depending on gateway of departure).

To enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize, submit a video family review of your vacation, recommended maximum 3 minutes in length describing your vacation location, all the fun things to see and do, the food, the people and how you liked the resort.

A panel of judges from Thomas Cook Canada Inc. will select, at their sole discretion, the winning entry on April 8, 2013.

The Random Draw Prizes will be awarded pursuant to a random draw that will take place once a week on the Friday commencing January 11, 2013 throughout 12 weeks of the contest and prize winners will be contacted no later than the 14th day after the draw. If the selected participant is unable to correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot be reached by telephone within three (3) days of the draw, or otherwise does not meet all contest conditions, his/her prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Travel must be completed by October 31, 2013, no substitution allowed.

Canadian legal residents only (excluding residents of the province of Quebec) and prize winner must have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry to qualify.

Odds of winning a Random Draw Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

All fields must be filled in to qualify for entry into the draw. Thomas Cook Canada Inc. is not responsible for, (i) late, lost, delayed, not received, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, postage due or illegible entries; (ii) failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, servers, access providers, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or recipient, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; or (iii) any combination thereof, including any injury or related damage to entrants or any other persons, whether computer-related or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this contest.

Information received from ballot will be used by Thomas Cook only, and will not be sold or shared with any outside agencies.

Grand Prize winner and their companions must travel on the same flight on the same date.

Once trip has been confirmed, Grand Prize winner and companions cannot make any changes to the date of travel or the names of the passengers. Requests for substitutions and itinerary changes will not be considered.

All components of the prize are subject to availability, and are subject to change by Thomas Cook Canada Inc. without notice or compensation.

All bookings are subject to 100% cancellation penalties. Tickets not used on the flight for which they have been issued cannot be reissued for another date of travel.

After you have booked, Thomas Cook Canada Inc. will call you when your tickets are ready, which will be within 30 days of your departure. Please do not contact Thomas Cook Canada Inc. about your tickets before that time.

The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.

Your submissions are deemed non-confidential and Thomas Cook Canada Inc. has no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in any submission, except pursuant to the Thomas Cook Canada Inc. Privacy Policy, available at www.thomascook.ca.

You represent and warrant to Thomas Cook Canada Inc. that you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant to Thomas Cook Canada Inc. the license provided for herein, that you own or control the complete exhibition and other rights to the materials you submitted for the purposes contemplated in this license and that neither the materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity.

Users may be held legally liable for the contents of their submissions, for example, for material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law or other proprietary right without permission of the author or owner, or defamatory comments.

To be declared the winner of a prize, the selected entrants will also be required to sign a release form confirming acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing Thomas Cook Canada Inc. and their affiliates from any liability relating to their prize. Persons (or the parents/legal guardians of any legal minors) travelling as companions of the Grand Prize winner must also complete and return a liability and publicity release before airline tickets or other components of the prize will be awarded. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in the contest rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants after the contest closing date to award the prize.

Personal information collected from entrants and their travelling companion will be used by Thomas Cook Canada Inc. and its affiliates for the purpose of administering the contest. Thomas Cook Canada Inc. will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants or participants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by them to fulfill the purposes of the contest, as permitted or required by law, and as contemplated in the Rules.

By entering the contest, entrants and participants consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as set out in the Thomas Cook Canada Privacy policy at www.thomascook.ca. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these official rules and regulations and decisions of Thomas Cook Canada Inc. which are final. All entries become the property of Thomas Cook Canada Inc. and will not be returned. All participants will receive the Thomas Cook e-newsletter.
